What is Coaching?
Coaching is a powerful, collaborative process which helps you move efficiently towards what you want to create in your life and how you really want to ‘be’ as a leader or solopreneur. Coaching is for you if you are ready to experience positive change that affects your life’s work.

Powerful and effective coaching happens when a motivated client (you) and a skilled coach (me) team up. Each coaching session is unique and builds upon prior sessions. You’ll move through real and perceived obstacles as I partner with you to hold your focus on what you really want to create in your life.
Your agenda may include:
- creating a crystal clear vision
- identifying and stepping into your personal power
- bringing energy and focus to your work
- connecting with and engaging others or
- assuming more challenging work roles
You can expect clarity, self-empowerment and growth.
Your coaching schedule and session length are designed to meet your needs and held via telephone and/or in person. Sessions normally run 30-60 minutes. During non-coaching weeks, I am available for e-mail support or brief telephone check-ins. A minimum commitment of time is required. True change takes time.
