Roundtables

Roundtables are a sorely needed ‘time out’ from the harried pace of work, providing time and space for a thoughtful consideration of issues central to improving leadership. Roundtables help managers and leaders take part in important learning conversations about relevant leadership topics.

Learning together makes learning more powerful. Participants bring their energy, their stories, challenges and perspectives and the experience is enriched for everyone. The connection leaders make with one another serve them in the workplace. That’s what Roundtables are about.

How Do Roundtables Work?

As part of or as a complement to an ongoing leadership development series, Roundtables can be scheduled for 75-90 minutes. An ideal Roundtable size is 5-10 participants.

At the beginning the topic content is outlined. With a coaching approach, the discussion is facilitated and participants are empowered to apply the information in a manner that is highly relevant for them, their own leadership development and their particular work environments.

Roundtable Topics…

  • The Power of Acknowledgment
  • The Power of Intention
  • Leading from Any Chair
  • Change: The Leadership Challenge
  • The Tuned-In Leader: Leading with Intuition
  • Leadership Styles
  • The Power of Words

Life is short. You only live once. How do you want to live yours?
