- Leadership Development Program (1 Year Certificate Program)
The Leadership Development Program is a highly interactive and practical 1year program designed to maximize the leadership skills of managers and emerging leaders. Many times leaders are promoted from within or come to the job as subject matter experts and do not yet possess the tools necessary to lead a team and get the desired results.
This tailored program is a combination of content workshops and coaching format.
• Highly rated subject matter experts present workshops in their area of expertise.
• A 90 minute group coaching session between classes focuses on the 7 emotional intelligence competencies and enhances classroom training.
Combining these two approaches helps participants learn what they need to “do” to become a good manager and who they need to “be” to become a great manager.
Each participant will have an Emotional Intelligence 360 Assessment and at least one private coaching session to debrief their results (interpersonal strengths and opportunities for growth).
Requiring an investment of time and energy, participants selected will be expected to complete reading and homework assignments outside of the classroom and apply learning in real-time.
The suggested number of participants is 12-15 and criteria for entrance into the program should be carefully established.
Workshop topics can be easily customized to meet the needs of your organization.

What Clients Say…
Bette Hoffman has designed and delivered a year long leadership development program that really got us thinking about our impact as leaders. With the focus on both skill development and emotional intelligence competencies we learned a lot about ourselves on multiple important levels. Over the course of the year we became more aware of who we wanted to be as leaders and grew into our strengths. The experience and learning continues to resonate with me well over a year after the end of the program.
